Toolkit Expectations

  • Green Belt courses for Educators are in-person, 3-day events. Certification Exams are taken at the end of the course.
  • Courses include hands-on activities and 1:1 coaching.
  • During Day 1 of the course, educators will be granted access to all virtual Green Belt Content. After passing their Green Belt Certification Exam, educators will be granted access to all virtual Yellow Belt Content and issued a unique code to access their Yellow Belt Certification Exam Credits.

Educator Expectations

  • These special rates are reserved for verified high school educators actively teaching grades 9–12 in a recognized public, private, or charter school. Please use your school-issued email to create your Fifth Sierra account, as verification.
  • Fifth Sierra’s (FREE) White Belt Certification is a required prerequisite.
  • Private groups must provide a location for their in-person Green Belt course.

Courses are offered year-round. You’ll be contacted after registration to coordinate dates based on regional availability and instructor scheduling.

Absolutely. If you purchase Educator Toolkits for a Private Group, we can coordinate on-site instruction to minimize travel and maximize engagement. Our goal is to make the process as easy for educators as possible.

Yes! Educators gain rights to incorporate our Yellow Belt content into their curriculum, as they see fit. Content can be delivered all at once, spread throughout a semester or the school year – whichever the educator prefers.

Yes, but each educator must register individually, complete the Green Belt course, and pass the Green Belt Certification Exam.

You’ll be contacted by one of our consultants to schedule your in-person Green Belt course. Please be prepared to share options for the 3-day course, as well as details about the location.

Before scheduling an in-person course, we must meet our required minimum headcount. Please contact us to share your interest, and we’ll add you to our Wait List. Once we have enough interest in your area, we will contact you. At that time, you can purchase your Educator Toolkit to reserve your seat. NOTE: Your wait time will significantly reduce if you’re able to travel or organize a private group.

A variety of snacks and drinks will be provided by Fifth Sierra throughout the course.

After successfully completing their Green Belt Certification Exam, educators are given a code to be used for one year of Yellow Belt Certification Exam Credits. After students create their online account with Fifth Sierra, they enter the code to gain access to their Exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, students instantly receive their Yellow Belt Certification in the email used to create their account. If a student fails the exam, each retake uses an exam credit.
