During a two-day Kaizen meeting, Mabel led a group of managers from different middle-mile transportation support teams. Our goal was to enhance the quality of commercial vehicle collision investigations, a critical area requiring precise and impactful solutions. This workshop was an excellent opportunity to see Six Sigma and Kaizen principles in action through the eyes of a seasoned expert like Mabel.
