This course provided an excellent introduction to Lean Six Sigma concepts in a way that was both practical and engaging. The material was presented clearly, making complex topics easy to understand and apply. I left the course feeling inspired, more confident in my problem-solving abilities, and excited to bring these concepts into both my work and educational settings.
