I had the pleasure of working with Mabel on several continuous improvement projects while employed with Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services. Mabel presented an extremely organized and detailed approach to our issues and sought to solve them with lean principles and practices. During events held in Brazil she brought her expertise to light by development of Kaizen ideas to streamline processes in an organization that was well beyond the curve. I have been completely impressed with Mabel and her abilities for years and she never fails to deliver on this expectation.
